Online G3 is a WASC-accredited Supplementary Education Program. Online G3 is already an approved vendor with many California charter schools. If you would like us to become a vendor for your school, please contact us!
Review the G3 course descriptions and help your family select appropriate classes for the student. Be sure to check the "Additional Information" tab to learn more about the challenge level, time commitment, and any required books/materials. Also, check the calendar and webinar schedule to confirm that the student can attend live sessions.
Have the family add appropriate classes to their cart, selecting the charter school payment plan for each class that will be covered by school funds. (Please note that families will need to go through a separate checkout and registration process for each student in the family.) The family then continues to the registration form and payment page, paying just the 10% registration fees to hold space in the desired classes.
When families register on the charter school payment plan, they will see a "future payment due" amount on their checkout form and receipt. Families must request a purchase order in this amount from the school. Schools can also view standard tuition amounts on the G3 website. Please note that G3 must receive the purchase order before the start of the semester in order for students to receive timely access to class materials.
After G3 receives and processes the purchase order, the family will see a notice in their registration account. Then, approximately 1 week before the first class webinar, students will receive access to their online coursework. At the end of each course, students can download a certificate of completion if they have met the minimum requirements of the class.
