UNIVERSITY OF CALIFORNIA
Online G3 is UC-approved online course publisher of multiple a-g English and History courses. Students who are enrolled in California public or private schools should discuss a-g curriculum with their teachers or educational specialists. In most cases, the school will need to add G3 courses to their own a-g course lists in order for students to receive a-g credit. Please note that while most G3 courses are grade-free and have flexible requirements for completion, a-g courses at G3 may require additional written work that will be evaluated for a grade. Course completion certificates for these classes will include the teacher’s grade recommendation.
Online G3 is also a member of the International Association for K-12 Online Learning (iNACOL). G3 online classes adhere to the rigorous iNACOL National Standards for Online Learning. As members of iNACOL and committed lifelong learners, G3 teachers are also able to take advantage of specialized online professional development opportunities.
Please note that it is the family’s responsibility to ensure that G3 grades and credit will be accepted by the student’s home school or desired university. G3 cannot guarantee acceptance of credit or grades by any specific entity.
