Online G3 is committed to serving all our students and families by integrating diversity, equity, and inclusion into our institution’s core values. We believe our differences are our strength, and we embrace progress towards fostering a culture of diverse communities where all feel safe, empowered, and properly supported on their educational journey.
Diversity
Online G3 is dedicated to teaching a curriculum that represents the dynamic and complex world we live in. Through strategic planning and development, we intend to continue offering courses that include the rich histories and perspectives of people from all backgrounds and perspectives.
Equity
Students, families, and staff alike belong in our community regardless of identity, race, immigration status, sexual orientation, gender identity, class, religion, ability, or learning style. Online G3 strives to welcome all and eliminate educational disparities through equitable access, appropriate learning support, and participation in culturally sustainable practices that are guided by science.
Inclusion
Every member of our community deserves to feel safe and welcome, in and out of the classroom. We support and stand by LGBTQ+, trans, and gender-nonconforming students, empowering all to feel safe and heard while enrolled. Our learning systems are designed to be accessible and accommodating to students with disabilities and diverse learning styles. Operations are regularly reviewed and updated to best promote a sense of belonging throughout our organization.
